The Holy Spirit is the one who give revelation.
God sends you on a walk marked by obedience and living a pure, righteous and holy life. During this walk, you are gradually being shown by the Holy Spirit where you are living in separation from God through sin, where you normalize what isn’t normal, where you are participating in being blinded.
Most of our Episodes touch on this question, especially:
God speaks to us through our senses. When our physical senses and spiritual senses are in harmony, and we have received the Holy Spirit as a gift of grace, revelation can come through.
Walking the narrow path also allows revelation to come through to us. Faith is a verb, faith is something we get to participate in, by being committed to this One direction. It’s simple but also one that is hard because it is confronting to our mind and heart
God’s “voice” — revelations — can come through different senses
Revelation can also come through reading in the Word of God (Bible), through Godly dreams, prophesy, conversation, people, places, things and so forth.
As Katharina was recovering from her accident, she received one of her first encounters with God through the revelation of a Word:
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” — Isaiah 30:21
Katharina then received another revelation about why she was going through what she was going through, and that God meant well through the wounds she had received:
“See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand. — Deuteronomy 32:39
